HEALTH SERVICES HAWAII 808, INC. is a locally owned State-licensed case management agency.   Our team works together to achieve optimal wellness of your loved ones in a community setting by assisting them in all aspects of life in a kind, caring and supportive way.  Our services at a glance include:

• placement of a family member into a foster or care home
• a registered nurse to provide consultation and monitoring on a regular basis
• assistance with transferring from private pay to medicaid status

We accept private pay, med-quest providers such as United Health Care, Aloha Care, HMSA, Ohana Wellcare, and Kaiser.
